Set in San Francisco's culturally diverse Mission District, this Institute of Molecular Gastronomy [IMG] is a place for collaboration, promoting the mixing of ideas, cultures, and flavors. It is a center for culinary innovation, experimentation and unexpected experiences. Interfusion stimulates the commingling of the commonplace with the fantastic, making the eccentric nature of molecular gastronomy accessible to the community.
